Built on decades of psychological research, this programme will explain why social connectedness is so important, how it impacts of different aspects of learning, and what you can do to enhance this dimension of your own life. It's a programme designed to challenge your assumptions about human thinking and behaviour, and in so doing, provide you with tools to apply this new way of understanding to your own learning situation. This programme is not about being more sociable, extroverted, or about how to 'get along' at university!
